About Us and the Role

 

We are looking for 2 part - time (18.5hr) per week Team Leaders that are particularly innovative, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking individuals.

Supporting our Older People’s Service efficiency, we have added these posts to our management team.

We would like you to challenge us and our approach to ensure that we all start with strengths, as well as supporting an atmosphere of collaboration and partnership that gets things done!

Initially the teams that will host the new team leaders are Stratford Older People

Team (SOP) and Warwick Older People’s Team (WOP)

Older Peoples Services have been at the forefront of the development of our social care approach in Warwickshire and we want to continue to develop, and the Team Leader role is pivotal in supporting with those aspects. Through your leadership you will optimise the potential of team members, help support their development, and promote team identities, wellbeing and great practice in a potentially difficult and challenging working climate.

We are a supportive and listening management team, ready to act on their ideas and trusting your reasoned approach. We want you and your team to feel valued and enjoy the role.

We are looking for;

  • A practitioner that is a Level three Social worker who has had experience of Team Leader work through secondment or project work
  • A current Team Leader, Lead Practitioner or Team Manager who would like to change direction and is up for a new challenge
