Planning Team Leader
To manage a professional customer service/repairs planning service within Housing Services. To ensure customers can efficiently report new housing repairs, the team programme them effectively and they deploy a large responsive workforce. Ensure reactive repairs are completed within relevant service standards, appointments are made and kept and emergencies are appropriately actioned.
