Location: Hereford

We are looking for a dynamic and professional part time 14h/PW Building control technical support officer to join our team.

You will register BC applications and manage the various expert software systems and databases used by the team.

You will prepare and issue Building Regulation Decision Notices in conjunction with Building Control Surveyors and be the first point of contact for members of the public particularly when Building control Officers are not available, therefore knowledge of the construction industry will be extremely beneficial.

You will also be part of the team responsible of naming and numbering the streets and housing developments in the County.

You will have relevant IT skills in order to input and maintain the various databases used throughout the service and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with team members and customers.
