When you visit, you will instantly feel the ethos of our school: we are fully inclusive and proud of our students and the community we serve.
Ofsted graded our school ‘Good with many Outstanding features’ and highlighted the outstanding care, guidance and support which we provide our students. Since 2016, HLC has been ranked within the top 100 schools in the country for progress! We pride ourselves in our ‘can do’ culture with high expectations of both staff and students.

Hadley Learning Community teaching staff benefit from a large, dedicated teaching room and school laptop, complimentary onsite health and fitness facilities, four-court sports hall and 25 metre indoor swimming pool. A comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme and onsite nursery to support working families with childcare are key to supporting staff welfare which is one of our key principles.
