Salary: Leadership 17 - 21 (£62,570 - £69,031)
Contract Type: Permanent and Full-time
Start date: 24.04.22
We show God’s love in everything we do; inspired by the life and work of Jesus. We journey together in our learning, seeking wisdom through academic, personal and spiritual growth. Together is everyone, and every child matters. We celebrate the different and unique abilities, gifts and passions, of everyone in our school.
Our school is inclusive, successful and over-subscribed. St. Catherine’s is a wonderful place to both work and learn – our staff team are committed and enjoy working here and our pupils and families say it’s the best! Ofsted noted that parental confidence in the school is exceptionally high. The school had a good Ofsted inspection in February 2017, where many positive features were highlighted, including the strong and committed leadership team.
Following the retirement of the school’s long-standing headteacher, the school’s governors are now seeking to appoint a dedicated, visionary headteacher to lead the school through its next stages of development. This role would ideally suit an ambitious deputy headteacher or a serving headteacher who is looking for an exciting opportunity to lead this local authority, maintained school. Governors are looking for a reflective, inspirational leader, with commitment and extensive leadership skills, to build on the school’s successes.
Informal contact with the school is most welcome. Please contact Julie Cook on 01562 823614 or email@example.com to arrange a telephone conversation with a governor or a visit during the school day or for the Headteacher application pack
