Shenley Fields is a happy, vibrant, inclusive and exciting place where the passion for play and learning is obvious. We have long been and continue to be excited by the learning journey we enter into with children daily and strive to achieve ever higher levels of satisfaction, enjoyment and achievement. We continue to delight in the feedback and engagement of parents and carers. Our outstanding relationships with children, parents, carers, other professionals and one another are a key aspect of our success. Children flourish as a result of the input of staff who are attentive to their social and emotional needs as well as their physical care and well-being. They benefit from a curriculum and resources that encourage and promote creativity, exploration and development of communication skills. They quickly develop self-confidence and enjoy high levels of self-esteem in the bespoke environment for our youngest children.

We are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Playworker (GR1) to join our successful team. If you have the knowledge, empathy, professionalism, drive and enthusiasm to fulfil this role, alongside experienced and hard-working colleagues, we would like to hear from you.
