PART TIME TEACHER OF HISTORY 0.6 FTE - 19.5 hours per week

St Peters Collegiate Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated teacher of History. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to teach across key stages 3, 4 and 5, an ability to teach Geography would be an advantage. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and developing academy.
The History department currently offers EDEXCEL GCSE and AQA A Level History and Politics at A Level. We cover Crime and Punishment, Whitechapel, Henry VIII & his Ministers, Germany 1918-39 and the Cold War at GCSE. At A Level we teach The Tudors and International Relations. You will be joining a close and supportive team with a wide range of experience, the department is strong within the school and has enjoyed successes over recent years performing in line with the national average.
