An opportunity has arisen to join our Special Transport Team in the role of Minibus Driver.
Special Transport covers a complex range of transport services, providing educational and adult welfare transport to schools and day centres throughout Herefordshire and beyond.
This position is based at Echo day centre in Leominster.
The role involves driving a minibus transporting adults with disabilities from and to Echo day centre Leominster. You will also be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of passengers and for assisting with supervising the passengers during transport. You should have experience of minibus driving. Applicants must hold driving licence entitlement to drive vehicles up to 16 seats. You will need to have good communication skills, both verbal & written, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The hours are approximately 06:30 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
