We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to develop and support literacy and numeracy with our pupils across the school. The successful candidate will have a genuine belief and passion in the value of education, and a determination to ensure that all students are enabled to achieve their full potential. You will work with our teaching staff and Curriculum team to support students with small group tuition to close gaps in knowledge or understanding and ensure that they achieve in their learning journey.

• flexibility to deliver out-of-school clubs and masterclasses as required

• knowledge and use of a range of effective strategies to manage behaviour and support learning
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
