Finance and Contracts Monitoring Officer

Salary:  £32,234- £36,922 per annum Grade 9

37 Hours per week – Permanent

Staffordshire’s Childrens Placement Service is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Finance and Contracts Monitoring Officer to be part of a small but busy team in Staffordshire’s Childrens Placement Service.

This is an excellent and exciting opportunity which provides variety and uses a wide range of skills.

We are seeking an individual who has an excellent aptitude for detail and who has extensive financial experience and good contract management skills.  Monitoring our financial and contractual obligations is a key element in this role.  You will also be responsible for business support to ensure financial systems and data is collected for financial forecasting and commissioning purposes.

You will be expected to work with regional partners which involves commissioning work and provide support to the Market Relationship Manager as the commissioning lead for looked after children in the independent Residential, Fostering and the Supported Accommodation sector.

The role is to be based at Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford.  However, remote working is currently being supported for the role.
