The Excel Academy is seeking to appoint a Handyperson to form part of the Facilities Team. The successful candidate should have proven industry experience of carrying out routine general maintenance with a commitment to a high standard of working and also have a good understanding of security issues. A good level of general education and an appropriate recognised NVQ Level 1 or equivalent in a trade industry is essential. The hours required to cover this role are between 7:00am and 6:30pm.

This post will offer applicants a variety of challenges with the main duty being to ensure that the Academy buildings and grounds are well maintained, secure and safe.
