21.00 hours per week, 7.50 am – 9.05am and 3.00 pm – 5.45pm Mon – Fri term time only
+ 1 hr administration time (to be discussed at interview)

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, and North Warwickshire.  A further secondary school and 2 primary schools will join ATLP during the next 12 months.
Coton Green Primary School are seeking to recruit a part time before and after school senior playworker, to provide care for our children in the Before and After School Childcare.

The post will involve providing a range of stimulating activities, indoor & outdoor, relevant to the age, stage and needs of young children which encourage and develop all areas of development, providing and preparing safe nutritional snacks for children, providing a facility for children to do their homework, including reading, and ensuring the welfare and safety of children within our care.

Excellent interpersonal skills, good language and communication skills are essential.  You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work within a team, taking direction, but also taking initiative when required.  You must have experience of working to support children’s learning, gained in a relevant environment.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent is an essential requirement of the role.
