An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Hub Business Manager for three special schools in the Manor Hall Academy Trust.
Adelaide School educates pupils aged between 10-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs based in Crewe
Adelaide Heath Academy is a special school for pupils aged between 8 – 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs based in Knutsford
Finch Woods Academy educates pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs aged between 11-16 and is in Halewood.
We are looking to recruit a manager, who will lead all non-teaching activity, support services and resources across these schools in order to develop the infrastructure and working / learning environment required to support excellent teaching and learning, pupil care and safety. Their areas of responsibility will include finance, budget preparation and monitoring, procurement, HR, line management, resource and risk management, health and safety, facilities management and marketing.
You will be an experienced manager, as well as an excellent communicator, team player and able to work under pressure.
The role is diverse and you will be required to work closely with the CFO, Executive Headteacher, Heads of School and all administration and site staff to ensure robust and effective support across the Trust and these schools, contributing to the successful delivery of the Trust’s strategic objectives.
