Job Start Date: As soon as possible

We require an experienced Finance Administrator to commence as soon as soon as possible, working 5 days per week, term time only (plus 2 weeks during the summer). The post holder will be responsible for the provision of financial and administrative activities relating to procurement and financial management. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a financial/administrative role and bring with them the ability to work effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will already have experience of working in a school office and be familiar with

PSFinancials, Cloud School, Word and Excel. Duties will include processing invoices, banking monies, upkeep of financial records, filing and ability to maintain funds under the official accounting procedures. The post requires an individual who has the ability to use their own initiative and is adaptable to meet the changing needs and demands of the school. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
