The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrator within our school office, reporting directly to the School Business Manager. You should be able to communicate effectively at high levels and maintain high standards at all times whilst being able to establish strong working relationships with governors, staff and the larger community.

You will need to work as a team player with specific finance and personnel skills. Skilled use of FMS and SIMS is desirable, along with a working knowledge of Word and Excel.

You will be required to work term-time only – between 10 and 20 hrs per week.

Key Requirements

•Finance and business qualification and/or qualified by experience
•Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade A-C
•Experience of working in a school environment
•An understanding of safeguarding issues relating to children and other stakeholders
•Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and GDPR compliance
•Be aware of and comply with school policies and procedures (e.g. child protection, equal opportunities, health and safety, data protection, confidentiality)
