Tenancy Sustainment Assistant

£20,092 – £22,183 per annum

37 hours per week

Permanent contract

Tamworth Borough Council is looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Assistant to support the officers in estate management, anti-social behaviour and arrears collection, and to deal with front line enquiries.  You will need to be a team player but also work on your own initiative, have excellent communication skills, and a can do approach.

To apply for this position you must have a minimum of 12 months working in a busy office environment with excellent customer care and I.T skills.
