The Role
To follow academy routines and processes as directed and provide appropriate academic support to students. To work as a member of the learning support team. Support the implementation of operational/strategic plans relating to learning support team.
Fixed term contract end date: August 2022
Key Requirements
•Be able to follow routines and processes as directed and provide appropriate academic support to students.
•Support implementation of operational/strategic plans relating to learning support team.
•Experience of working effectively with children/young people and providing support.
•Some experience working with a range of professionals to promote children/young people’s learning or welfare.
•Understanding/knowledge of equal opportunities, Special Educational Needs and Safeguarding.
•Some knowledge of the theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of students.
