The Role

This newly created post will enable the right candidate to be an integral part of further developing our HR service. Working closely with the Central Trust Team and School Leaders, you will provide support in all areas of people management.

Your application will be assessed against the personal specification for the role however, in summary, you should ideally have at least 2 years’ experience of dealing with a whole range of people management issues.

The Central Trust Team is based at Woodlands School however there will be a requirement to work at other schools within the Trust as necessary. The role does benefit from a degree of flexibility and the candidate will be able to undertake some work at home, subject to the needs of the Trust.

Key Requirements

You should be solution focused, organised, able to manage a large workload and work at pace with competing priorities and deadlines. You should be an excellent communicator and able to build excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will also need to have excellent written skills as you will be required to produce high quality documents including letters, reports and training materials.
