The Excel Academy is seeking to appoint a Site Supervisor to form part of the Facilities Team. The successful candidate should have substantial experience of the management and supervision of staff and be able to lead teams and work within teams effectively. A good level of general education and an appropriate recognised facilities management qualification such as an NVQ level 3 or above. This role will be on a 2 week shift system between the hours of 7:00am and 6:30pm. 

This post will offer applicants a variety of challenges with the main duty being to ensure that the Academy buildings and grounds are well maintained, secure and safe.
