Learning Support Assistants

35 hours per week

Term-time + training days

Level 2, Grade 4 (Points 6 - 11):

£15,956.34 - £17,616.94 per annum

£10.21 - £11.27 per hour

We are seeking to appoint committed, enthusiastic and positive Learning Support Assistants with a passion for, and experience of, providing academic support to children with special educational needs.  Posts are available at both King Charles and Bentley West Schools, and you should be willing to work flexibly within the Federation should the need arise.  The successful candidates will be working alongside our well-structured and supportive staff to help our children enjoy, learn and achieve success.  The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative is important.  The successful candidate must be patient, calm and flexible in his/her working practices

The working hours are 8.30am to 4 pm.  As part of the role you will be involved in intervention for individual or small groups of children, as well instigating and playing games with the children for part of their lunchtime.
