The Meadows Primary Academy is an ambitious and inclusive community school with passion for delivering high quality education.

Our staff are passionate, hardworking and motivated. We are seeking to appoint a forward thinking, visionary Deputy Headteacher to help us provide a supportive, stimulating environment and to share our high expectations of achievement for all our children. 

We welcome applications from bold, optimistic and tenacious individuals, who care about people and are able to form strong relationships. They will motivate and inspire others to strive for the best. The position requires the candidate to have a proven record of significant leadership experience and raising standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an existing Deputy Head or an aspirant Assistant Headteacher looking for the next challenge in their career. We are looking for someone who is:
