Teaching Assistant

The Role

We are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and to flourish. We want someone who is engaged in their personal growth, committed to achieve educational excellence, who wants to further develop the distinctive Christian character of provision within the Academy community.

Key Requirements

• An experienced TA having worked within an Early Years setting
• An inspirational and creative person who will motivate our children to flourish
• A friendly team member with a great sense of humour
• Excited by raising standards across the school
• Committed to providing high quality experiences for our children, including extracurricular activities, Do you play netball; or sing in a choir; or love
nature
• Passionate about children’s futures
