Salary G8 £30,451 – £34,728 per annum (plus excellent employee benefits)
Fixed term for 12 months initially

We are recruiting a Social Care Performance Analyst - who will have strong capabilities across analytics; system report development; understand the adult social care landscape and through the optimisation of technology will develop detailed evidence analysis which will inform priority setting and contribute to delivering our ambitious agenda
The collaborative nature of the work requires excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. The broad scope of the role requires a outcomes-focused approach and an eye on future proofing the way we work, testing technology boundaries to optimise intelligent decision making.

For this role the successful candidate must undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check. BPSS is the minimum standard to ensure the identify and integrity of an employee who has access to official information using secure networks linking central governments and local authorities. A BPSS check involves four main elements; Identity Check, National and Immigration Status, Employment History (last 3 years) and Verification of Criminal Record (unspent convictions only).
