We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting an Assistant Headteacher for Lyng Hall School.

 

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is a growing organisation which is currently made up of 7 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher who has a passion for getting the best possible outcomes for children who are vulnerable or have SEND.  You will be required to ensure excellent provision, support and outcomes for students at KS3, KS4 and KS5. You will join an experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team who work very closely together. There is excellent collaboration with senior leaders across the MAT.

Our most recent Ofsted (June 2019) described Lyng Hall as a ‘Good’ school ‘where all teaching is consistently good or better’. Pastoral care for pupils is exceptional’ and as a result ‘the pupils feel very safe in school’. Leaders have developed a highly personalised curriculum’ and ‘the schools work to promote personal development and welfare is outstanding’. We are ambitious in our goal of delivering a world class education to all pupils and are fast progressing towards this.

Lyng Hall is seeking an Assistant Headteacher who will:

  • be a successful leader with the potential to become “World Class”; a willing and capable learner who believes in our vision for the school and who will inspire and empower others to share in achieving it
  • inspire and motivate students and staff, ensuring all are valued and supported to be the best they can be
  • be passionate about making a difference for every child
  • be supported to develop their leadership skills and specialisms across several areas of school life
