Educational Improvement Professional -  1 part time advisers with maths specialism (Hours are negotiable for the successful candidate. Ranging from  0.6 or 0.8 – 21- 28 hours per week)

Soulbury pay scale  - Senior Education  Adviser  points 7 to 10 (plus up to 3 SPA points 11, 12, 13)

We are seeking to appoint a part time Educational Improvement Professional.  Prospective candidates will be  experienced, skilled and committed to school improvement. We are open to a permanent appointment or a secondment arrangement, if preferred.  Individuals will have the ability to develop and deliver  highly effective support to a range of  education settings in order achieve better outcomes for children and young people within Worcestershire, as described in our Education and Skills Strategy.

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to forge effective working relationships with the School Improvement Team, school leaders and teachers. As an Educational Improvement Professional, you will be providing advice, coaching support and CPD on all aspects of effective quality first teaching and will ideally have a specialist knowledge of maths.  You will have the opportunity to make a real difference, fulfilling our mission and vision and particularly championing the value of ‘good education for all children’.
