Crudgington Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated leader and outstanding practitioner to join the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Headteacher in planning and implementing school improvement and will also lead English across the school. We have an exceptional school community and children who are engaged with their learning and progress.

We are looking for a candidate who will be able to:

• Lead English across the school to the highest of standards
• Support and enhance the personal development of our children
• Oversee behaviour and attitudes to learning
• Use data effectively to support progress and attainment across the school
