Netherton CE Primary School takes pride in ensuring we provide a supportive, caring and nurturing environment for all our pupils whilst also enabling each pupil to achieve of their very best academically, socially and spiritually. In November 2017, we decided to join the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust (DoWMAT) and have since benefited from being part of an increasingly strong partnership of diverse academies throughout Worcestershire; all determined to work collaboratively and share good practice. This ensures we keep up to date and never feel isolated in an increasingly challenging educational landscape.

Our new Headteacher will be welcomed into the Local Governing Board, the school and the DoWMAT.

We are looking for a Headteacher who will provide vision and professional leadership for the school to secure success and improvement. By working with the Local Academy Board, motivating, supporting and developing all staff and managing the day-to-day operation of the school, they will ensure that all our pupils benefit from high quality education and care. They will constantly strive for excellence in all areas of the school’s work. The Headteacher will create a secure environment where both pupils and staff can achieve their full potential, with due regard to their safety and welfare.
