The Role:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, enthusiastic and positive individual to join the Business Support Team at County Enterprises. We are looking for a Business Support Officer to be part of the fast paced, exciting, dynamic team working in the multi-organisational Local Authority.

Your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a team developing and providing confidential, accurate and efficient business support to the service. You will need to have great organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and incorporate innovative approaches to achieve solutions.

Being in a front-line customer facing role, it is essential that you have a strong customer focus ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with proficiently whilst displaying high levels of professionalism. Day to day duties alongside any customer contact will include but are not limited to, records management, customer invoicing, procurement, data collation.

Training will be provided on the specific IT systems for the role. You will also need to be IT literate and have a practical approach. You must have a “can do” approach and have clear, concise and assertive communication skills; both written and oral.
