The Role

The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a resourceful and highly effective SEYE to join our committed team to support the academy in providing the best possible standards for our community.

The academy has a successful nursery and children’s centre which works closely with our families to give their children the best start in life.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Years Educator to join our dedicated Early Years team.
We require a committed person to help provide a nurturing and stimulating environment in our large nursery to help all our children to thrive in education.

Through our nurturing ethos and embedded approach to child-centered learning, we want to continue to provide our families with the best possible learning environment for their child.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a person who has :
-A good track record of experience working in a Nursery setting.
-Minimum Level 3 EYFS Qualification/equivalent, although an Early Years degree is preferable.
-Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
-A high standard of IT skills.
-Ability to work as part of a team.
-Capability to plan, prepare, deliver and oversees group activities.
-Ability to provide an enabling environment following individual children’s needs.
