7.30am – 9.00am

3.00pm – 5.30pm

Salary Grade C Scale Point 5 - 8

We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Before and After School Senior Support Worker.  The successful candidate will be a dedicated person who will encourage and engage with the children.  Applicants who have the patience to work with young children.  Willingness to organise games and activities in line with the school’s policy for enrichment activities.  Applicants who are able to work as part of team, forming positive relationships with adults and pupils. 

Our Before and After School Club provides provision for 3 to 11 year olds, offering a safe, stimulating environment for children, with creative and appropriate play opportunities.

The post holder will ideally hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years and Childcare and / or Play qualification or willing to work towards.  Current working experience of leading and managing a team of staff is essential.  Experience of working in a in a similar setting – Out of Hours of Lunch Time Provision is required.  The post holder will be trained as an appointed First Aider.

They will support the Club Manager to lead a team of out of hours support staff in planning and delivering an excellent service, ensuring high standards is maintained.
