Job Title: Executive Headteacher
Trust area of accountability: Dosthill Primary Academy
Grade: L16-L22 (Transportable)
Additional allowances: A relocation package will be considered on an individual basis
Working Pattern: full-time
Working Hours: School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD). Responsible to: The Trust Board, Executive Leaders, and the Interim Advisory Board Start date: Easter 2022

 

The Fierté Trust has a family of eight primary schools in Tamworth and Burton. Dosthill Primary Academy is a primary school in Tamworth, with 566 pupils.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, strong, and inspirational Executive Headteacher with a proven track record who:
 Will commit to the Trust’s vision and values; laying new foundations for standards of excellence by building on the school’s existing strengths and through accomplishing seamless change management processes.
 Can promote and drive tangible school improvement at a sustainable pace
 Has high aspirations for all pupils and staff within the school and across the Trust
 Can inspire and work collaboratively with all staff, governors, and Executive Leaders to secure the best outcomes for all pupils
 Seeks opportunities to gain support and advice from the wealth of Trust capital.
 Can bring new, appropriate, and innovative ways of working to the school and wider organisation with professional generosity and a Trust mind-set.
