Senior Debt Recovery Officer (Grade 7)

Salary:  £23,541 - £27,041 per annum

37 Hours per week – permanent position

An opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable team, helping Staffordshire to face the issues currently challenging local government.

Our Accounts Receivable team provides a range of services with the aim of achieving the efficient and effective collection of income and enabling good financial management.

Applicants should have at least two years of experience working in a financial function and have a sound knowledge of debt recovery processes and procedures.

Applicants must have good numeric and literacy skills, be effective in their use of spreadsheet and word-processing tools and capable of retrieving and manipulating information for the production of reports.

The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across disciplines and to work flexibly and creatively to meet changing priorities.
