Sandwell Children’s Trust are recruiting for an Business Insight & Intelligence Manager to be responsible at a Trust-wide, regional and national level to develop strategies and priorities of the Trust through engagement, consultation and negotiation with all stakeholders, using highly developed skills of influence.
As the Business Insight & Intelligence Manager working in the Trust you will:
- Support the Trust’s Executive Management Team in formulating the strategic policy, direction and performance of services
- To produce and present accurate detailed and complex reports, articles and briefings both verbally and in writing on matters relating to the services within Practice, Quality and Partnerships
- Devise and implement creative and innovative solutions to a wide range of challenges.
- Support the Director of Practice, Quality and Partnerships in the motivational leadership of teams ensuring clarity of direction, effective communication and development of employee’s full potential
About you:
- You will have a detailed understanding of relevant legislation and underlying concepts and principles of the specialist area
- Highly developed time management skills that will ensure the compliance to demanding and challenging timescales
- Have an understanding of legislative framework and governance arrangements applicable to Local Government
- Highly developed research and analytical skills
- Be flexible and willing to work with changing and conflicting demands
