We are the Connecting Families team, working across our two hubs located in Dudley and Brierley Hill. Our family time workers are crucial to providing a service to the children in our care, to have quality family time with parents and family members, in order to maintain and create healthy relationships.

Salary - Grade 6

Hours: 16 per week

Location- To work across our centres in Dudley and Brierley Hill and out in the community

This will be a flexible working pattern however predominantly the times will be between 3.00-5.30 Mon-Fri.

Dependant on the needs of the service these times could be subject to change.

You will also be required to work every other Saturday 09.00-5.00

The Connecting Families Team work with families where a care order has been granted, giving support to parents including parenting advice, support and guidance to help develop parenting skills. As well as working closely alongside social workers and other professionals; with information sharing, participating in meetings and keeping on top of observation records, which will form part of ongoing assessments and used as evidence in court.
