We are looking for experienced and motivated people to join our Public Heath Team.

We are recruiting two 12 months fixed term posts to our Place Based team and the post holders will work with local people, communities, the council, partners and community organisations to maximise opportunities to reduce inequalities in the city and ensure our residents have opportunity to live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

The postholders will support the delivery of our place based approach by creating environments whereby local people and communities are supported and empowered to bring about a catalyst for change and build resilience in their communities.  The postholder will work across the city and use evidence and through engagement, understand and respond to local issues and opportunities through utilising community assets and implementing projects and activities with communities to maximise impact.

Successful candidates will have experience of partnership working and building and maintaining productive working relationships with communities and residents.
