The Role:

If you are a flexible and professional individual this is an excellent opportunity for you to join a passionate and forward-thinking team which is required to provide an exceptional level of support to the senior leadership of Worcestershire County Council.  

Following a review of the Executive Support Service we are now looking to appoint to the following newly created posts: 
• Policy and Business Manager – Corporate
• Policy and Business Manager – Economy and Infrastructure
• Policy and Business Manager – Corporate and Member’s

Whilst working closely with the relevant senior management team you will also be required to work and engage with other areas of the council. Excellent interpersonal skills are therefore crucial as is a strong understanding of the interplay between service areas in a fast paced and changing environment.

If you have a broad skillset, the ability to co-ordinate directorate business, support decision making, lead on transformation projects and support policy development for senior officers and members we would like to hear from you.
