Catering / Lunchtime Assistant (Temporary)
Job Title: Catering / Lunchtime Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Trust area of accountability: Ankermoor Primary Academy (Tamworth)
Grade: 2 £18,198 (pro rata £3701)
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (12pm – 1.45pm)
Working Hours: 8.75 hours (term time plus additional 5 days)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsible to: Catering MAT Manager
The role:
Ankermoor Primary Academy are looking to appoint well-organised, reliable and enthusiastic individual to undertake General preparation, serving of food, washing up, cleaning duties, checking and putting away deliveries, plus support and work as part of a team to supervise the children during lunchtime. You should enjoy working with children, relate well to adults, act responsibly, respond quickly to situations and have the ability to remain calm.
Applicants should be willing to be flexible and have a good knowledge of food and hygiene expectations; however, experience is not essential to the correct enthusiastic applicant, as full training will be given.
