Site Services Officer-Grade 4 (point 7-14) £20,092 – £23,080 (plus 14% shift allowance) - Temporary

Temporary until 31^st August 2022, 37 Hours per week, Full Time

(Monday to Friday – rotating shift pattern)

Coundon Court wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and caring person who is well motivated to work with our existing Site Services team under the direction of the Senior Site Service Officer and Facilities Manager. You will have good practical skills for general building repairs and maintenance and good communication skills to work with external consultants and contractors. As part of the Site Services Team you will ensure that all site maintenance activities including maintenance, Health and Safety, caretaking and compliance monitoring are carried out effectively.  There is no onsite accommodation available with this position. The person appointed will be an integral member of the school staffing team and must be supportive of all that takes place within the school. Previous appropriate experience would be desired.
