Sandwell Academy opened in September 2006 and in January 2014 was judged outstanding by Ofsted for the second time. We offer you the opportunity to make a positive contribution in this over-subscribed school which specialises in Sport and Business Enterprise in the culturally diverse borough of Sandwell.
The role will include performing administration in relation to Year 7 Admissions and mid-year transfers to the Academy and supporting the Deputy Head with responsibility for Year 7. You will also prepare paperwork relating to all Appeals.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills as they will be dealing with parents on a regular basis. They must also be accurate, show attention to detail and be aware of confidentiality at all times.
Previous Admissions experience is not essential as training will be given, but previous office experience is a must.
