Level 3 Pension Assistant Apprentice
Fixed term contract for 21 months
Salary: £17,620 (per-annum)
Hours: 37 Hours per week
The City of Wolverhampton Council is looking for an Apprentice to promote and support the work and services of the West Midland Pension Fund.
The role of Pensions Assistant Apprentice will be assisting with the provision of a comprehensive, efficient, effective and responsive front-line service to Employers, pensioners and other members of the Fund via telephone, face to face, e-mail or other media, ensuring excellent customer service in every interaction.
Ideally you will have excellent customer service, organisational skills and be confident and clear in both written and verbal communication skills.

You will be supported by experienced staff who can assist you with your work and study to give you the experience to apply for other roles within the council. You will also be trained to use various IT systems that support the efficient delivery of our services.
