Job Title: Business Analyst Officer
Salary: £23,632 - £25,579
Full-Time: 35 hours
Location: County Hall, Worcester
Temporary: Two Years

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Digital and Web Innovation Team. As a Business Analyst Officer you will assist in the development of innovative digital solutions, providing support to Digital Transformation activities within Worcestershire County Council (WCC). You will work with business analysts gathering requirements to identify improvements and efficiencies, as well as supporting solution testing.

The measurable deliverables expected of this role include:
- Support the delivery of new digital solutions that meet the needs of both the business and the customer using a variety of methodologies e.g. Agile, Lean Six Sigma and Prince 2
- Understand existing processes to support the development of business process activity diagrams and solution mock-ups
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant digital developments
- Help ensure that digital content and services are fit for purpose by supporting testing and gaining customer feedback.
- Provide support that means system developments are made in accordance with legislation and the corporate standards of digital service for accessibility and GDPR
