This is an excellent opportunity for a landscape architect to join the council’s busy landscape team.

Hours:  37 per week

Location:  4 Ednam Road, Dudley

The successful candidate will work alongside landscape architects, urban designers, regeneration and historic environment officers within the Design and Delivery Team in the development and delivery of a diverse range of borough wide regeneration projects.

You will have ownership of landscape projects covering all aspects of design and delivery from inception to final account. You will also be working collaboratively as part of multi-disciplined teams in the delivery of major regeneration projects.

You will provide landscape advice both within and outside the council in respect of design and development proposals including for all stages of the planning process.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent design skills, have a good knowledge of contracts and legislation relating to landscape architecture, have an understanding of planning processes, have a strong client focus and be able to organise your own workload.
