We are recruiting for 2 x “Horticultural Health and Wellbeing Officer”

  • Can you demonstrate therapeutic/horticultural skills?
  • Do you have experience of recording case work on digital and hard copy files to evidence participant journey of change?
  • Are you organised and communicate well with a variety of people at different levels?
  • Are you able to process information accurately and efficiently?

If so, we would welcome your application. The ideal candidate is likely to have relevant experience of supporting contracts or projects and experience of working on ESF projects is desirable.

Candidates must have experience in horticulture and a keen interest in using this to support people into employment by improving their health and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding attention to detail in planning and delivery of a variety of tailored engagement health and wellbeing activities in community settings and across Ideal for All operational sites (in line with funder and project requirements).

This role is part-funded through the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund. Post Salary £19,647 - £21,615 per annum (FTE) depending on Skills and Experience.
