We are recruiting for a “Project Support Assistant”.
- Can you support individuals to enable them to move into employment?

- Do you have experience of recording case work on digital and hard copy files?
If so, we would welcome your application. The ideal candidate is likely to have relevant experience of supporting contracts or projects and experience of working on ESF projects is desirable.
The Project Support Assistant works to support the entire project team to help participants make positive steps to improve work readiness, increase educational attainment, participation in voluntary work or gain employment. Part of the role will also provide administration, maintain our database system, gathering and collating information to support meeting contract/funding obligations and Ideal for All’s charitable objectives.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding attention to detail as well as possessing excellent communication and organisational skills. They will also have a keen interest in supporting disabled people and those furthest from the jobs market into employment.
This role is part through the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund as part of the Building Better Opportunities programme.
