The Edge Academy is an OFSTED ‘Good’ Alternative Provision Free School focused upon improving opportunities and outcomes for students who may be struggling to achieve their full potential in a mainstream setting. We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic individuals who have experience in working with students with varying abilities and different needs from KS3 up to GCSE level. You should be comfortable using effective behaviour management skills when interacting with individual students and also in a classroom setting when supporting teaching staff. You must be positive, resilient, friendly and hard working. A good standard of education is essential. This role is both challenging, rewarding and creative. We welcome applications from those relatively new to education as well as those with greater experience.
