Job Details

Castle Wood School is looking to recruit Cleaners to join our existing cleaning team.  

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic and who will ensure that the high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained within our school.

You will be required to undertake general cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, buffing and vacuuming, dusting, emptying litter bins, cleaning toilets etc to ensure the school is kept in a clean and hygienic condition. You will be required to use powered equipment as required in specified areas within the school in accordance with the school’s standards. You should be able to work individually and as part of a team.

The successful candidate should ideally have previous cleaning experience in a similar setting and must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours are 15 hours a week Monday to Friday 3.15pm – 6.15pm term time only (38 weeks) with flexibility to work additional hours in the summer holiday to carry out deep cleaning activities.
