Job Details

This role is funded until March 2024 and there may be a possibility of it becoming permanent 

The Community Advice and Support Team manage a portfolio of accommodation rented from the private sectors to provide accommodation for clients who are homeless and to assist them into long-term sustainable housing.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record in managing accommodation to join the team and deliver this programme.

In addition, you will also have; 
•    Experience in seeking out new opportunities to expand our property portfolio. 
•    Experience of supporting clients with varied and complex support needs addressing both personal and financial support to enable clients to move on to long-term sustainable accommodation.
•    Experience in providing a fair and robust response to rent arrears and issues with anti-social behaviour.
