Senior Resource Worker x 2 Cannock Resource Centre

Salary:  £ 27041- £31346

 37 Hours per week –Permanent

We are looking for an appropriately experienced, skilled and motivated person to work as a Senior Resource Worker within a specialist and demanding service area. The centre offer a range of short breaks for young people with learning disabilities.  This is an ideal opportunity for the right applicant with a proven track record of effective support and management practice working with children & young people with a wide variety of specialised needs. You must have a minimum of NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People, and desirably NVQ L4 or QCF L5 in Management or reflect a commitment to undertake the qualification on appointment.

The Senior Resource Worker will fulfil all the necessary requirements under the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.  Along with the Quality Standards for Children’s Homes 2015 and associated frameworks and legislation relevant to the improvements of outcomes for looked after children.
