TA2 with SEND Specialism

Your role will be to work alongside teachers to support pupils with a broad range of needs, differentiate learning for all types of learning abilities, be proactive and self-resource to meets needs of learners. To facilitate small group activities at lunchtimes for those children who find unstructured times of the day less successful.
You will work closely with the SENDCo, Pastoral Lead, Head of School, external agencies, class teachers and other Learning Support Assistants to ensure you are well equipped to meet the needs of pupils.

This position is linked to funding received by the school and is a fixed term until July 2025.
