Maternity Cover - Fixed Term – 31 March 2023

Rugby Borough Council delivers a County wide Family Lifestyle Programme across the districts and boroughs of Warwickshire in partnership with Compass Ltd. 

We are looking for a 13-month maternity cover from February 2022 for our programme Coordinator to continue the successful delivery and management of the scheme. 

The project aims to halt the rising prevalence of childhood obesity through the provision of evidence based & structured 7-week family courses promoting the benefits of exercise and nutrition. 

The post holder will line manage 4 Family Lifestyle Advisors based remotely across the County and manage key partnerships programme commissioner COMPASS to engage and retain relevant families. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a sport or leisure environment promoting healthy lifestyles and have a strong track record of partnership working, staff management and report writing.
